Does it also work with normal freezer bags?
For a reliable vacuum, you should use structured vacuum bags. Thin, smooth freezer bags are compatible, but they do not achieve a clean result. We therefore recommend our matching vacuum bags.
How often do I need new vacuum bags?
It depends on your usage. 5 bags are already included – suitable refills (e.g. 100 pieces) can be found directly in our shop.
Is the device loud during operation?
During the vacuum sealing process, an operating noise is audible, which most customers describe as completely unobtrusive and suitable for everyday use – comparable to other kitchen appliances.
How easy is it to use, really?
Very simple: Insert bag, choose mode, done. The process can be stopped at any time, and the sealing starts automatically afterwards - no prior knowledge required.
